研究领域:

神经精神药理,新药临床前评价


研究兴趣与方向:

1、药物滥用和成瘾  阿片类物质及其他神经活性物质(可卡因类、大麻类、酒精、尼古丁等)成瘾的神经药理机制及药物作用靶标新发现,动物模型及治疗新药研发;
2、神经精神疾病药物研究  主要包括精神分裂症和抑郁症的神经病理机制及新药作用机制研究;
3、代谢性疾病神经机制及药物研究  主要包括肥胖、糖尿病等中枢神经内分泌病理调节机制及疾病预防药物的研究;
4、新药临床前评价 包括治疗神经精神系统疾病、肿瘤、心血管疾病、消化系统疾病等药物的临床前药理及药效评价。
