生物大分子的结构和功能研究
研究兴趣与方向:
本课题组的研究兴趣在于,通过揭示重要生物大分子及其复合物的结构和功能,破译重要流行性病原微生物和人类重大疾病的相关病理发生机制,为生物防治的完善和进步提供理论依据和发展方向。课题研究主要涉及,结合应用冷冻电镜、X-射线晶体学、细胞生物学、分子生物学和生物化学等多个交叉学科的技术和研究方法,以解析生物大分子的三维结构为核心基础,对生物分子的作用机制和细胞机理进行深入探讨和阐述。
